cleaning services for food service and manufacturing facilities.

WHAT WE DO

Complete Metal Restoration Services

We restore, refinish, and extend the life of commercial and industrial metal equipment.

FOR METAL FABRICATORS, MANUFACTURERS, & AUTOMOTIVE PROJECTS

Powder Coating

Durable, corrosion-resistant finishes for structural components, platforms, frames, railings, housings, and specialty metal parts. Our 35′ and 40′ batch ovens allow us to handle oversized and large-scale industrial parts that many shops cannot accommodate.

FOR COMMERCIAL MIXERS & FOOD EQUIPMENT

Whip Rewiring

Replacement of worn or broken wires in commercial mixer whips using stainless spring steel. A cost-effective solution that restores performance and extends equipment life.

FOR FOOD SERVICE & COMMERCIAL EQUIPMENT

Hot Dip Retinning

Food-grade tin coating restoration for carbon steel and cast iron equipment. Our process uses Grade A Virgin Tin to restore surfaces and help satisfy FDA requirements for food contact applications. One of the few companies in the U.S. still offering this service.

SURFACE PREPARATION FOR COATING & REFINISHING

Cleaning & Surface Preparation

Glass bead blasting, steel grit blasting, and chemical stripping services to properly prepare metal surfaces for coating and refinishing. Proper surface preparation ensures strong coating adhesion and long-term durability.

Industries We
Work With

From commercial kitchens to factory floors, we service the equipment that keeps industries running.

Food Service & Commercial Kitchens

Bakeries, restaurants, butcher shops, and food equipment repair facilities rely on our retinning and whip rewiring services to maintain FDA-compliant, food-safe equipment.

Metal Fabricators & Manufacturers

Fabricators with ongoing production runs trust our large-capacity powder coating ovens for platforms, housings, railings, brackets, stairs, panels, and structural components.

Automotive

Powder coating for rims, frames, fenders, and specialty automotive parts – both commercial fleet work and personal restoration projects.

Building & Construction

Protective and decorative finishes for structural metal: diamond plate, stairs, railings, platforms, and architectural components built to withstand industrial environments.

Commercial Equipment Repair

Equipment repair shops and dealers use our services to recondition and restore mixer bowls, whips, and commercial food service equipment back to working condition.

Consumer & Custom Projects

We welcome individual customers with smaller projects – patio furniture, personal rims, décor, and almost any metal item that needs a durable new finish.

Frequently Asked Questions

Nearly anything metal – rims, frames, railings, platforms, housings, patio furniture, and more. Our large ovens (35′ and 40′) handle oversized parts many shops can’t accommodate. Give us a call if you have a specific item in mind.

Carbon steel and cast iron food equipment – not stainless steel. A simple test: if a refrigerator magnet sticks to the part, it can likely be retinned. This includes commercial pots, pans, kettles, and bakery equipment.

Powder coating offers a longer-lasting finish compared to traditional wet paint, providing durable, corrosion-resistant protection for both structural and decorative applications.

With proper care, most retinned equipment lasts for years. Longevity depends on use – commercial kitchens will see more wear than light-use applications. See our Tin Care Instructions for maintenance guidance.

Current turnaround for retinning is 30–35 working days. We recommend contacting us in advance so we can plan your project into our schedule.

Yes. Our pickup and drop-off hours are Monday–Friday, 7 AM–3 PM at 1700 Elida Road, Lima, Ohio 45805. Call us ahead if you have a large or complex order.
